Josh began his recruitment career in financial technology at BAH Partners in Hong Kong before moving to the U.S. with GQR Global Markets. There, he grew the systematic trading team’s coverage into technology and infrastructure, ultimately building and leading a multi-team division recognized as one of the company’s top performers globally.

Today, that experience drives his vision to create a recruitment firm centered on excellence, long-term relationships, and a passion for connecting elite talent with the most innovative firms in the industry.

Hashaam began his career launching technology ventures in Pakistan before moving to New York to focus on recruiting top talent for Wall Street. With a foundation in Computer Science and advanced studies in Quantitative Finance, he combines technical fluency with market insight to connect exceptional technologists with some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations.
