Optimize and tune Linux systems, kernels, and network stacks to achieve ultra-low latency and high throughput.
Collaborate with trading technologists, researchers, and developers to ensure infrastructure stability, scalability, and performance.
Manage system configurations, automate workflows, and monitor performance to ensure seamless trading operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency.

5+ years of hands-on experience administering Linux systems in high-performance or trading environments.
Strong understanding of Linux kernel internals, system tuning, and performance optimization.
Experience with modern Linux distributions (CentOS/RHEL, Ubuntu) and their packaging systems.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and tooling.
Solid knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and performance tuning for low-latency systems.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to FPGA, kernel bypass technologies, or specialized networking hardware is a plus.
Experience with high-performance computing or distributed systems environments.
Knowledge of real-time or specialized Linux kernel variants preferred.
